Review similar photos before deleting
Burst shots, trips, and saved messages leave a library full of near-duplicates. Getting space back is easy; deciding which moment to keep needs context.
Turn suggestions into a review list
Better Moment analyzes the photos you allow on the device:
- Run a scan to group duplicates, similar and blurry photos, and screenshots.
- Compare photos and videos group by group, choosing Keep, To delete, or Undecided.
- Review Pending once more, then confirm through the system Photos flow.
Analysis does not upload your photos. Deleted items go to Recently Deleted, while Favorites and the last remaining photo in each group stay protected.
Suggestions are not guarantees
On-device analysis does not promise to find every similar or duplicate group. Documents, receipts, and QR codes still need manual review. A space estimate helps organize the library but does not mean the space is freed immediately.
